Founder / CEO

Dimitris is the CEO of Formaika — the big brain behind it all. He’s the guy with the ideas, the vision, and yes, the taste. He’s the one who’s married food with architecture, blending creativity and craft in a way that’s truly unique. Dimitris doesn’t just lead the company — he shapes it, with passion and innovation. If there’s a perfect recipe for mixing design and dining, Dimitris has already cooked it up.

Maria Karahaliou

Art Director

Maria is our artist! A painter, sculptor, builder — for her, everything is art. She can pick up a brush, a chisel, or a power drill and create something truly unique. She’s where inspiration meets materials, and imagination takes shape, color, and texture. Maria sees art everywhere — on a wall, a palette, even a concrete block. And yes — she can make it look amazing. Oh, and did we mention? She’s also a pro at food styling, turning every dish into a feast for the eyes.

Art Director

Galini is the go-to person for everything! Need an event idea? She’s got it. Props, styling, art direction? Covered — and with style. She’s the one who brings visuals to life, adds atmosphere, and takes every project to the next level. With creativity, great taste, and a sharp eye for detail, she finds solutions where others see question marks. If you need “something — not sure what exactly — but you’ll know it when you see it”? Galini is your answer.

Aggi is the one who keeps every project on track. She always has a plan (and a backup plan), and somehow manages to predict what’s needed before anyone even says a word. She knows everyone. Seriously — give her a random phone number and there’s a good chance she’ll say, “Oh yeah, I know them!” Need something done? She knows who can do it, when, and how.

With the perfect mix of technical precision and imagination, she makes architecture look easy (spoiler: it’s not). If you can imagine it, Daphne can design it. And probably faster than you think.

Our production team — or as we like to call them, the Opa Crew — are the people behind the scenes with all the good vibes, energy, and tons of fun. They’re always ready to jump in, help out, and keep the projects moving smoothly — all while making sure everyone’s having a blast. No job is too big or too small for them; they’re the heart and soul that bring the fun to the work.
